Help!! In immense pain

This is my third c section and i have never experienced anything like this before. I am at 15 days pp, and all of a sudden i have this severe burning sensation, but its not at the insicion, but next to my belly button, on the right side in a straight horizontal line. It burns to where its made me cry, i cant hold my son without being in severe pain, and it actually felt like something ripped there. I dont know what to do. Im waiting for the on call OB at the hospital to call me back. But seriously it hurts to just exist right now. Im so frustrated. I have no idea what this is 😔
