What exercises can pregnant women do?

What do you pregnant ladies out there do to keep fit? Do you go to the gym, workout at home, or do you attend some sort of classes? 🤔

What type of exercises do you do to keep the extra fat off? I wanna start a new routine that I can continue into pregnancy.

As for diet, a girl on here just gave me more wonderful tips for foods to avoid. So I’ve got the healthy eating thing down.

Any advice?
