MILESTONE! 1st drop of colostrum/milk at 38wks+2. It's gettin REAL.

So today I was reading in one of my pregnancy apps about the breasts preparing for breastfeeding at this point, and that many mamas will start producing colostrum.

I decided to give my nipple a little squeeze, and a tiny drop of liquid appeared!! I said to myself, O.M.G. Shit's gettin REAL.

I just could never really picture it happening... like, actual liquid coming out of my boobs...!! tho I still had faith that they would do their job when needed... it was a big deal to me to actually have that happen!😬

I know some mamas leak big time even all throughout pregnancy, but this has not been my experience. I hadn't bought any nipple pads but now I'm wondering if I should.

I also know this probably has no bearing on when baby will arrive, but I still feel like it's a sign that he will be coming pretty soon!
