First appointment tomorrow

I will be 7w6d based on lmp. I am 36 and this is my first pregnancy. I am terrified that the ultrasound will not show a healthy baby with a strong heart beat. I am feeling a lot of pregnancy symptoms...large sore breasts...crazy emotions...occasionally nausea...cravings...low back pain...pants are getting snug.... but for some reason I am really worried about tomorrow. I am sooooo in love with this baby already, I just pray that my little nugget is growing and thriving. My boyfriend keeps telling me I need to stop worrying that everything will be fine, but I can’t help the anxiety.
