Normal or do I call my doctor?

I’ve been having so much pain around my stomach lately. Some parts during the day aren’t as bad as others. I know that tonight was the first night that it’s actually kept me up. It’s a little under my boobs, and hurts from the left to the right all the way across. I don’t know if this is normal or not, but I’ve been in pain like this since Wednesday and it’s just getting worse. 
33 weeks and four days. 1cm dilated (as of Monday) and still thick.

Are you talking about the top of your stomach right under your boobs? I have had pain there off and on seems like when I have a bra on sometimes when I don’t my doctor told me it’s from everything stretching and your ribs expanding or something it’s so miserable at times especially at work

I’d call and check. I have preeclampsia and this is a symptom I have had and they told me it was because off the preeclampsia but that doesn’t mean that’s the only thing it could be!

I’d definitely give your dr a call just to let them know what’s going on and see what they say.
I know you said it’s from the left all the way to the right, but one thing my dr told me the other day (having high BP issues).. was if I had any pain in my upper right abdomen to call her. 
It’s always better to be safe when it comes to pregnancy and keeping you&baby safe.
