spotting @ 37 + 5???

Currently 37 weeks & 5 days pregnant with #1. This morning I noticed some blood-tinged discharge, and now when I wipe there's a little bit of bright red blood. 
Is this bloody show? Am I going into labor soon?

Anytime you have bright red blood id at least call your doctor. But id definitly be seen right away just incase..

update: very very light spotting again today. No contractions (that i'm aware of). I'm wondering if it's just my cervix gradually effacing.

I would definitely call L&D and go in and get checked. Labor could be soon but you just don't want to chance it.
