Lost for words..
I’m so lost for words at this will be my second Miscarriage this year. One in April and now this one. I am 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Went to the doctor this morning for some cramping and light spotting. My HCG levels came back at a 7. Im so confused and upset nor do I understand why my body can’t carry a baby. Im just broken.
