What is this I’m feeling???

I’ll be 25 weeks on Monday and I’ve felt this feeling before. I dont know if it’s my baby headbutting my cervix because its not painful but she is facing head down, I just saw her last week on an ultrasound, and it feels like a kick almost but super low like I feel it from the top of my vagina inside all the way through my vagina hole if that makes sense? I really don’t know how to describe it. There’s no liquid coming out or anything I’m just worried she’s not suppose to be doing that because i asked the ultrasound tech if it’s okay that she’s head down resting on my cervix and she said “as long as your cervix holds up” which obviously no first time mom wants to hear lol. What could that feeling be tho?
