Sick and pregnant.. when to go to the er

Before anyone comes in saying call your doc.. I have. Been to med express, called my ob. Just needed advice on what other mothers have done or would do.

So I've been sick for 3 days. I'm 32 weeks pregnant. The "cold" has progressed fast.. I went from a sore throat to being not able to walk because the dizziness.

Currently I'm having heart palpitations, dizziness, cant sleep, and everything makes me puke.

My OB told me If I felt like it's not getting better to go to the ER. But i hate the er. I have a 3 year old Nd no one around to be with him, so I'd have to drive myself and a 3 year old to the Er. I dont want to do anything that would harm my baby, but I also dont wanna be that person that over reacts to the common cold..

If you were in the spot, what would you do??
