Vitex
Please no bashing. I just want experiences. I haven’t had my first post postpartum period. I’m ebf for 6 months. I have been tracking my ovulation through strips and nothing yet. I started taking vitex on 10/1 to try to get my period or ovulation. Which ever comes first. So far nothing. How long did it take those with similar situations? How soon did you get pregnant? Thank you!
