I noticed my pants and underwear were damp and it smelt kind of sweet

Couldn't get a good picture since the pants are black so were my underwear. But I'm 32w3d

I have very runny, clear discharge from 30 weeks on. Like enough I had to wear a pantyliner all day. It’s caused by the spike in hormones as your body preps for labor. I’d assume you may be experiencing the same thing. It’s unlikely to be fluid unless it was a large gush, it continues coming and fills a pad in an hour, or youve fallen or been hurt in your tummy area. Just keep an eye on it
