Late AF & Need some insight

My period was due on Tuesday. No AF yet, I’ve had some on and off brown spotting and last night had spotting that was light red once when I wiped and haven’t had it since.

I had a tight feeling in my stomach yesterday morning that went away after a little while and now tonight I had some mild cramping (nothing like my normal hell cramps I get from AF).

I took a hpt yesterday and it was a BFN. I’m super confused about what’s going on as none of this is normal for me.

Does anyone have ANY insight? I’m going crazy trying to figure out what’s going on.
