What does an orgasm feel like? Like how do you know when you’ve had one? Like what if it feels good and you think you’ve had one but like nothing comes out ya know? Like is that one? Can you orgasm from just rubbing?

Physically, when you orgasm, your vaginal muscles will contract and release many times (if you masturbate with your finger(s) inside you, you'll feel the squeezes). You'll feel really good all over your body (for me it's like a wave of tingling all over like all my nerves are going into overdrive). 
You won't ejaculate like a man. Some women have "ejaculation" but definitely not everybody and not all the time. Don't expect that to happen. 
Yes you can orgasm just from rubbing. As a matter of fact, most women get orgasm from rubbing their clitoris and not from penetration.
