Someone help?! Is this normal!?
I’m 19 weeks exactly today, had no cramping really at all throughout my pregnancy like maybe for a couple of seconds every now and again but for the past hour I’ve had realllllyyyyt bad period like cramps!!
I’m in the bath trying to calm them down but they don’t seem to be going 😩
I’m really worried!!!
