Subchorionic hemorrhage and ovarian corpus luteum cyst?

Anyone have experience with having both of these during early pregnancy? From what I can tell they both typically resolve in time?

I’ve had both and the corpus cyst is nothing to worry about at all it is on the ovary where your egg was released and it goes away on its own. And the hemmorage I had in 3 out of 4 of my pregnancies 2 of them just resolved and one of them I bled and there were no problems with it.
