My boyfriend is strange... need help.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for over 3 years and are recently engaged! I love him in every aspect.. he’s sweet, caring and funny and very handsome to me. But, there’s just one thing... when we have sex he never touches me intimately, he doesn’t put his hand down, you know where, he does do foreplay, and he doesn’t give oral! But he expects me to give it! I know it’s not me and I knew that he didn’t have much experience in bed but I figured with time things would change, but , they haven’t. Our sex doesn’t last very long either, he just makes sure that he gets off and when he does he’s done! I’m not sure what to do! Advice is much needed everyone😭 please and thank y’all!
