Just switched from Medela to Spectrum and I love it! It’s so much easier on your nipples, quiet and I read helps increase production but I’ve only had it one day so can’t speak to that.

I have a medela but not sure i would recommend it. It is loud, the suction doesn’t seem all that good, and one side seems to work better than the other.

I honestly think it has a lot to do with preference. I don’t have twins but i breastfed both of my boys and went through a dozen pumps before I stuck with medela.  Every one is so different it just comes down to what you’re comfortable with.
