I'm new.

Had my first real appointment with a fertility dr. Looks like my cycles are too short and I have low egg reserve. She thinks we shouldn't waste time and start aggressively. One more test (saline ultra sound) before I think we are doing IVF. We have some money from insurance (so grateful). It will be enough for one IVF try. So I don't want to waste money doing IUIs. This is suddenly getting really real.
