I did not find out until 4 weeks ago that I was expecting. I have been dignosed with both Hashimotos AND Graves last year.

I had stopped taking my meds back in July since my Dr. Recommended it. The Hashimotos is more balanced than the Graves which is insanely high, so the Dr has prescribe PTU (Propylthiouracil) for my first trimester and he has me going back to Methimazole after my second trimester starts after testing every 2 weeks.

Has anyone been prescribe PTU or Methimazole while pregnant?

I asked my Dr. If it will affect my baby. He said it will affect the baby more if I don't treat my Graves. So I am taking it and doing what I can to have a healthy surprise baby!!
