Bpp every week?

Question

I'm 35 weeks tomorrow. Last visit to ob they switched me to weekly visits and weekly ultrasounds. Says everything is good but I'm curious anyone else have this happen?  At 32 weeks I was measuring 2 weeks ahead.  And baby girl was 4 lbs 10 oz per ultrasound.  Should I be worried?  Also,  I am not a skinny girl I am bigger. I lost 20 lbs so far with being pregnant.

Totally normal to go weekly starting at 36 weeks but my doctor only did ultrasounds after 40 weeks. If babe is measuring large, they are probably just checking for amniotic fluid levels- totally normal

My ob does that with everyone. He does two weeks appointment starting at 28 and then at 36 weeks he does weekly appointments. I wouldn’t worry. I like to think they would be straight up with you.
