Low sperm count and ttc 3 years

It has been 3 years and 3 months we have been ttc. My hubby has a low sperm count of 5-10 million per ml on average. Still no positive pregnancy test or scare. Everything is 'normal' on my end. Getting so tired of this battle. We have tried everything and just don't think it will happen for us. We even did IVF a year ago and it failed due to no embryos. The RE then suggested that I may have an egg quality issue? His only advice was to try another cycle but we had to pay 20k for the first and we can't afford another at this time. I turned 30 this year and feel so hopeless. Thanks my ttc sisters for letting me rant.
