I agree, just looks like the uterine lining to me, sometimes it will come out in larger pieces.  Has happened to me a few times, but if you're worried it could have been a miscarriage then just test, you'd still test positive.

I had something very similar to that come out once. I was also 4 days late on my period...Dr confirmed I had a miscarriage.
