Fenugreek??

Has anyone taken this? 
Recently had a baby and struggling with supply... any suggestions??

I’ve never heard of that but there are teas, cookie like lactating snacks, and pills to help increase your milk flow!

It seems to give me a nice increase in supply. It makes me smell like maple syrup though. That would be OK except it also makes baby and me gassy. 
Mother's Milk Tea helps me also with supply. You could try that. I know a lot of ladies love it.
I feel like I got a supply increase with the Cash Cow supplement from Lengendairy. It didn't seem to make baby and I as gassy as the Fenugreek did.
I have a friend who swears by moringa. She said it increased her pumping volume by about 5oz after taking it for a week. You could try that also.
Those are just some ideas! There are tons of supplements, teas, cookies and such out there.
