So after 2.5 years of trying my partner and myself are having <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> in January. After finding out he had low sperm mobility the Dr advised it was our only option.

If there was any advise or books to be recommended I would really appreciate it I’m slightly nervous about the injecting and the being put to sleep for egg retrieval. If anyone has been through this and could provide some positive thoughts on the process id appreciate it.
