My baby is 4 months old and I’m curious about baby led weaning (not yet but when he’s ready). Does anyone have a legitimate source where I can find information on this? I’d like to share it with my husband.

Basically, my nephew did baby led weaning & it freaked me and my husband out watching him chew on huge pieces of food 😂 but now I have my own baby and have learned more about it, and wonder if it’s something that would be beneficial to my baby. And even if I think it is, it might be hard to convince my husband.
