Feels like growing pain normal????

My hips feel like I’m going through growing pains... is that normal??? Has anyone had this feeling ?

How far along are you? I remember in my first pregnancy around 21wks I had crazy pain in my hips. It sucked. But apparently normal. Your body releases hormone Relaxin and your ligaments start to loosen to prepare the pelvis for delivery.

I am 14w and my hips are sore and tight! I have tight hips anyway as a runner but they have been particularly bad this week. I think it’s the ligaments starting to loosen.

So sumo squats, it helped me all the way till 40 weeks. As I got bigger I’d hold on to a counter and deep sumo squat and hold it for a couple seconds. Felt so good
