10 day green smoothie cleanse?

Hey all! I’m 5 lbs away from my weight for the Navy, and I need to kickstart myself again into this diet (and lose the 5 lbs by nov 7). 
Any of you do this green smoothie cleanse? Experiences etc? I know it’s not a long term fix, not looking for it to be, I just want to kickstart my diet again. Been feeling a bit sluggish as well. Bleh.

If you do the juice cleanse, I *personally* would ensure I'm receiving one full meal a day + two smoothies. This meal can be breakfast, lunch or dinner. 
It would include: carbs, a source of protein, vegetables and a healthy fat. 
I think that could be sustainable for 10 days, especially if you're working out.

Honestly, I’ve had luck with that 3 day “military diet” when I’ve felt like I needed to reset myself. I’ve never lost 10lbs like it says but I’ve usually lost between 5 and 7 lbs.
