Well I'm 7 weeks and measuring 7 weeks. Everything except a fetus. Maybe k am just distraught and I want this baby so bad. But I read this article about misdiagnosed miscarriage and given me some slight hope my baby will be!I know I have a tilted uterus, I still feel pregnant and I have gone through this before(5 ywars ago: 6 weeks spotting go to check, everything but a baby, hcg levels down [but they do slack off after some time] my body never really miscarried was given meds to help)
