Pregnancy Acne

So I’ve always had a spot here or there, but I’ve never broke out like this. I am currently 10 weeks. It’s on my chin too so unavoidably noticeable. Nothing is helping. My whole face is in pain like a deep set pimple pain. Has anyone else had acne this bad? What could help?
