I'm tired of every person that I talk to about myself not wanting the epidural saying that I'll cave and get it anyways. That I'm dumb for wanting to go through the pain, but that I won't be able to handle it and I'll get the epidural. It makes me want to cry. Why can I not just go through labor how I want to, without people commenting in this way? I'm 20 years old and the other day my coworker was like, "oh you're just young and dumb, you'll want it as soon as you get to the hospital." I feel like I'm going to be pressured into it.
