Acne. My baby got it a lot at the beginning around his neck and back of neck. He was spitting up a lot and I realized once I started taking a warm wash cloth and wiping his neck 2-3 times per day it cleared up. I think the spit up was drying on his neck and causing a little acne or a rash. Once I got on top of wiping his neck down with a warm wash cloth every morning and every night he doesn’t have it anymore.
