Really Need help!
I'm 18 weeks pregnant and I've just found an incredibly hard lump on my neck. I know it can be lymph glands but this one doesn't hurt and it's so hard. I can't move it, it doesn't hurt no matter how hard I squeeze it. I'm not I'll, I don't have the flu or a cold or a cough. I've just been having night sweats which I'm putting down to being pregnant. What should I do? It's right next to the end of my jaw on the right side
