*ACUPUNCTURE yes or no?*

Tell me your experiences!! I had my first treatment yesterday, after nearly a year of TTC I’m really hoping its going to help!

I did acupuncture the month after my missed miscarriage to balance out my hormones and manage my stress and anxiety. I got pregnant that month and am currently 16 weeks with my rainbow baby boy. I don’t know if the acupuncture helped but it sure didn’t hurt!

I went for a few months while ttc. Acupuncture is a cumulative thing tho so go consistently! Not only did it help my body but it helped me manage my stress in the ttc process
