TTC after surgery

I was diagnosed with cervical cancer in February and have had a couple procedures and a surgery to get it removed. Thankfully it was successful. I had the surgery in June after we returned from our honeymoon. We had TTC a few months prior to me being diagnosed with no luck, but are hoping to have better luck this time around :) my husband had his fertility levels checked and he is above average so we should hopefully be good. My dr said the surgery should not majorly affect my fertility so that's a relief. I'm excited to begin this journey again! :) I'll take whatever advice anyone has!
