Stay at home mom OR working with 1 or more children?

Question

Hi everyone. I have a 3 year and a 5 month old and possibly pregnant with baby #3. I'm a working mom. I work to give my kids better health care.

So I wanted to know how many moms out there work or stay home? How do you manage taking care 1 or more children while working or stay at home. Babysitting situation? Husband helping?... Etc

I have a three and a five year old, and I work full time. My husband works four days a week at a hospital, so he's home Monday and Tuesday. My MIL keeps them the other three days. We are very fortunate in our situation. It is still a balancing act though. You always question if you are making the right decision or not. There is always a certain amount of guilt. At the end of the day, we make it work somehow. My children seem to be happy, balanced little people. 😊

I'm a full time mother and a full time student. For now I'm at home until the new term starts in October for university. I'm also expecting my second in December so I think it's going to get harder. I have 2 kids aged 10 and 7. Up until my youngest was 1 1/2 I was a sahm. I then got a part time job and my mil looked after the kids while I was a work. She also looks after my sister in law 2 as well and has her hands full at times! We are currently Tcc #3 and if god blesses us with another (we've been Tcc #3 for 2 yrs) I will come out of work and be at home full time as I feel it wud be too much for my mil to mind.  My husband has a good job so we will be fine 😊
