MC the month before starting chlomid, what now?

We finally got pregnant naturally the month before my doctor was going to start me on chlomid. I have severe endometriosis and ovarian cysts and normally don't ovulate correctly. Unfortunately it ended in an early miscarriage and my doctor doesn't want to start chlomid now because I *did* get pregnant. I feel like I'm just waisting time because we are only trying until January. 😨 Anyone else get put on chlomid again? Did you have to say anything special to your doctor? Any ideas? 😨
