Coffee or no coffee?

Just found out I'm pregnant with my third.  Have had 3 miscarriages and last one I waz 20 weeks. :-( so I'm nervous about everything now! Should I give up coffee? I only drink 1 cup a day.

One cup is fine, but if you're not comfortable you could try half caf or decaf. Congratulations, wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months! =)

I'd say, "better safe than sorry." In the chance it could do harm, it better to avoid caffeine. At least until you're further along. And if you only drink one a day, it shouldn't be that bad to give up.

When I found out I was pregnant I didn't drink any caffeine the first 12 weeks then I would allow myself one cup after that.
