Ending CD5-9 Clomid 100

So as my title says I took my last pill of clomid 100 since I've been on it for these past 5 days I've experience sharp pains near my pelvis what does it mean? my on and or his nurse have not called me back also when should I start testing for ovulation no I'm not being monitored with ultrasound I honestly dk what my ob is doing all I know is I gotta go back on CD21 for progesterone levels checked along with a follow-up after I reschedule to see what's next any thing will help hate to be left in the dark
