What is going on!?

My husband and I have been ttc for 2 months, period is supposed to start in 10 days but i woke up this morning with the urge to pee every 30 min then throughout the day it started to hurt to pee then a bit later on the cramping started, at that point i couldn't take it anymore, went to the dr and i have a kidney infection. Fucking great, they said I'm not prego from the pee test they did but i also know it's too early to tell. They put me on an antibiotic and wondering if it's safe to take for the week just in case i am prego...

It's been a very rough day 😔
