Opinions?

This is my first baby. I am 7 weeks today, due in June. My first ultrasound is on Oct 31st. I have been having intense god awful nauseating cramps (no blood with the cramps) & I’ve been sooooo bloated. I went to the ER when I was between 5-6 weeks and they saw a sac & said my hormone levels were low and that they couldn’t find a heart beat but not to worry that it maybe was too early to see all of the normal things like you would when you’re farther along.. Has this happened to anyone else? I have endometriosis terribly and I’m terrified to lose the baby. My cramps are so bad that I have to lay down to keep from throwing up or feeling like I’m going to flake out 😭😭😭 I peed on a FRER test & the line was as dark as a sharpie lol so I’m assuming that would mean my hormone levels are rising considering when I got my first positive test it was very faint.
