Cold & Flu Medicine whole breastfeeding??

My baby is a week old tomorrow, and I’ve felt my throat scratchy & sore, and felt a little warm, so my boyfriend picked up some Kroger brand DayTime Severe & NiteTime Severe Cold & Flu medicine. I took a day time one early this morning. We’ve been having a trouble breastfeeding because his jaundice levels were high but we’ve gotten that sorted out and now he’s able to latch a lot easier. So I was wondering, could I nurse him after taking that medication?? Or should I pump & dump...
