5 week ultrasounds?

I will be having my first ultrasound on what I think is exactly at five weeks! Can you post some pictures so I know what to expect?!

They will be able to see very little at 5w0d, but should be able to see a gestational sack, yolk sack, and maybe fetal pole, no heartbeat. 
I just had mine done at exactly 5 weeks zero days and we were able to see everything but the heartbeat:

At 5 weeks, 2 days all my doctor could see with a transvaginal ultrasound was a yolk sac but no fetal pole. I was devastated. I thought there was no baby. But by 6 weeks, 4 days I could see baby with a strong heart beat so dont be discouraged if you don’t get to see what you’re expecting right away! ❤️

This was taken at 5w1d -- we went in thinking we wouldn't be able to see anything and even the tech said we probably wouldn't be able to see anything but we did!!  Just a sac but we still saw something and my heart was overjoyed.   I hope you get to see your little bean too!!

This is at 5 weeks and 5 days. The weeks on top is wrong they were going based off of my lmp because I have irregular periods. I saw and heard the heart it was at 94.

This post has made me feel a lot better I was actually thinking about this...I went this Wednesday and the sac was there but she couldn’t get measurements so I go back this week.
