Ways to Increase milk supply!?

I’ve been able to produce 4oz every time I pump I was wondering what you do to produce more? 
Also I’ve been wondering if this helps? 
Or what other products have helped you?

4 ounces is a great amount to pump, most breastfed babies don’t take more than 4 ounces in a sitting if they’re being pace fed properly. Teas and supplements can have the opposite effect, especially if they have fenugreek. As fenugreek works well for some people and for others it will rank your supply, plus it can make baby very very gassy.  The best way to make more milk to to empty your breasts more often so if you’re exclusively pumping you’ll want to stick to an every 2-3 hour pumping schedule and make one of your pumps a power pumping session. If you’re latch feeding and pumping try latch feeding more often because baby is more effective than a pump, and while you have baby latched on one side pump or use a haakaa on the other side, this makes your body think you’re feeding two babies at once and your breasts will make more milk, it also helps stimulate letdown on the breast baby isn’t latched on so you’ll pump more. Also try waking up between 2-5AM to pump, I know this may seem hard at the time but this is when our body has the most prolactin and releases the most milk so you should pump more during this time. 
Make sure you’re staying hydrated at least 64!ounces of water a day but preferably half your body weight in ounces so if you weight 140 drink 70 ounces. Make sure you’re eating enough calories for a breastfeeding mother, healthy foods like oats, blueberries and leafy greens can help supply. And if you really feel like you need to take a supplement stay away from fenugreek and choose something like legendairy milk products.

First of all 4oz is awesome! I hardly ever got that much. I would second lactation cookies, also oatmeal and lots of water. Pump regularly and you should see an increase. Careful with fenugreek because some women say it reduces their supply.

I tried this and it personally didn't work for me. I have heard you also have to be careful because some babies might get gassy from the fenugreek and milk thistle, not all though so it's worth a shot! Recently I tried lactation cookies and they surprisingly did increase my supply a little bit! That and upping my water intake. Good luck!

Get a prescription for Reglan.  I used that with all three of my kids.
