I don’t want to get induced 😕

Hi guys. I’m 37 weeks and my OB wants to plan an induction soon due to IUGR. Is there anything I can do at all to make active labor start on my own? I really don’t want to get induced. I’ve already been having contractions, and I’m only dilated to 1. I’ve read the old wives tales already , but can anyone tell me anything that they know that might actually work?
