Vegetarians: where do you get the proteins (no trolling)?
I want to incorporate more vegetarian meals in my diet, but I don't know how to make them different. Every time I end up doing lentils (or other legumes). I never know what to do with tofu (I dislike soy sauce). Tempeh is too expensive for me. What else is there for me to try?
