Orgasm in sleep while pregnant

I had a fricken orgasm in my sleep! I am in complete panic mode convinced I am going to miscarry now! I have been cramping and am convinced I hurt the baby. I’m 7 weeks and had a miscarriage in June 😭😭😭😭😭. Has this ever happened to anyone!?!?
