Freaking out

​I've been vomiting for the past 2 days and been nausea for 2 weeks now. I've had really sore tender breasts and I don't get my period (seen a gynaecologist and there seems to be nothing wrong and no reason to explain why I don't get it, and yes I've had a fertility test done and I'm still fertile). I've had unprotected sex with my partner for the past month. Is it possible for me to be pregnant?
