I was wondering if you could share your experience with me, because I’m freaking out a bit after today’s visit at the doctor’s.

Today’s and first ultrasound has shown a heart beat ❤️😍 but the doctor said that the little bean is too small ; it should be double in size if it was 6 weeks as we estimated. Apparently, it looks more like a 5 week bean.

Calculation-wise, im somewhere in between 5 and 6. Im pretty confident about the dating because I use the digital fertility monitor from Clearblue that gives readings from two types of hormones, and is much less prone to calculation errors.

I had 2 miscarriages that never went beyond 6-7 weeks and two failed IVFs in the past 3 years; this one came naturally. I also noticed that my resting heart rate on my Fitbit has been decreasing for the past few days, which is odd, because it should go up or remain high.

Did you have a similar experience? What was the outcome?
