Is this normal for a tattoo?

So I got a tattoo in the beginning of April and I loved it. Now looking at it, it looks like the font got thicker. But I don’t know why, has anyone ever experienced this? Is it from my aftercare? The tattooer? 
I just want to know for future tattoos

Looks like little bit of ink blowout ☹️ it can happen when you artist is heavy handed and pushes the needle too deep, or if he’s not at the right angle from being inexperienced.

thats not normal. if you went to a really good artist that would never happen. it looks like he pressed down too hard and scarred you. does it feel like its raised ?

It's not normal. Scarring cause by improper technique. But its still a nice tattoo. A little touch up would help, however, I would choose a different artist.
