I said yes!

My boyfriend (I guess fiancé now!) and I have been together almost 7.5 years at this point, and I am currently 7-8 weeks pregnant. He’s a little old fashioned, so when he came out to visit my dad and family last week, he pulled my dad aside right before we got back on the plane to go home, to ask him if he could have permission to marry me. We actually just want to elope so we can save money for a real ceremony after the baby is born, so it will be a short engagement! The ring is Tanzanite and rose gold, and in addition to proposing he wrote the sweetest card. So excited for this new phase of our lives!
